The heating wire of band heater is insulated with mica and the outside is made by a heat-resisting metal such as plate of stainless steel, copper, steel pipe.

1)Mica band heater: Available to heat up to 482℃ for a substance to be heated, and to obtain a quick heat transfer.
2)Thin cast band heater; Light weight and very superior in the transfer of heat as made by Aluminium casting and maximum heating temperature is 600℃.
3)Ceramic band heater; Superior thermal efficiency by using ceramic as an insulation material, a uniform heating available and maximum heating temperature is 871℃.
